A few days ago I saw a pattern from Lion Brand website. I was really interested in it. My daughter Katie did too, so picked up my crochet hook again to crochet another amigurumi! I can't help it, it's too much fun! I have tons of Caron Simply Soft Brites yarns, I picked up black and mango (like orange) and started my new project. This morning I really got into mood in painting something! Good thing is I don't have my kids around me, they are all sleeping! Yeah! This early morning was gray, cold, and very unhappy kind of feelings! However, because I was in mood, I decided to paint my eyes a little special. I have these transparent red eyes and I knew that they are kind of scary looking, so I am thinking to paint them into lovely looking instead. After all, they are not very scary, but definitely beautiful! I love the pearl effect in this eyes. Am I like a crow only like shiny and shimmering things? :P Anyway, here they are. After Artfire.com and Etsy.com launching statistics capability by using Google Analytic, I felt like a little overwhelming with all these data! I have been watching all sorts of information how to use Google Analytic. For example, videos from Youtube.com and many others people, so called experts, experts writing about how to use and interpret Google analytic. OLD DAYS: I remember the time when I was studying in college. I always read different journals for different subjects, I read books, magazines, financial times to enhance my knowledge and references in order to finish my papers! After I graduated, I swore to myself no more journals, papers, textbooks to read for the rest of my life! Indeed, I didn't read anything longer than a page for a long long time. NOW: Guess what just happened? I started to read all these different people's writings about how to interpret the statistics collected by Google!!! OMG!!! I broke my words! It has been 2 full days whenever I have time to sit in front of computer, I tried to read more about Google Analytic! Enough is enough, I think I should try to get away from computer and try to create something instead. Otherwise, I think I will go crazy by no time! :) Off to go to have some tea and ice-cream!

Recently I have these 7.5mm beautiful eyes and I finally got them listed today. These are very beautiful eyes. It can be used for small to medium size amigurumi, stuffed animals. If you are looking for decent eyes that are colorful for your soft toys, click here to get it! The 3rd picture is not my picture, it belongs to my dear friend, Lucy! She knits a lot of animals for fund raising. Some people have told me it's very hard to use colorful eyes because it's hard to match the colors of the soft toys. Now with the picture from Lucy, you can see all these eyes will match your knitting/crochet fabric, just be brave and creative, yours will turn out just as great!!

Since my kid goes to Pre-K. I build up a love-hate relationship with this Early Dismissal Day from her school! I love that my kid will not be home until 2 pm just for that day (not everyday, I will miss her so much). I hate the fact that since her cousin is at the same bus with her, they would like to play together for another 3 hours in my mother-in-law house (she just lives next door). You may think they play together is a good thing, but what about everyday? Today it's just a little longer! I don't have time to finish my houseworks, cooking, re-listing in my store. Everything I have to do is quite in hurry to get done! Yes, we all live very close, my mother-in-law lives next door, and my sister-in-law is living adjacent opposite house to my house. We all trying to take care of each other and it's very nice. No, I don't hate that at all. We all give each other privacy a lot. My mother-in-law would not come to my house before she calls. She would not come and check everything I have in the house. She is the best mother-in-law you could imagine! OK, go back to the story. I will let her play and stay. My 2nd child would stay there too, of course. She wouldn't let herself getting left out from the crowd. Thus I have to stay there too! I don't mind to stay, but my mother-in-law got so many cats in her house that since I married to this family, I build up an allergy to cat gradually. (No, can't get rid of cats) Now from time to time, I have to use inhaler to help myself to breathe. I don't have asthma, I just can't breathe easily. My dr. said once I have trouble breathing, use that! I did and I felt so much better! Since I have 3 hours to stay in my mother-in-law and have nothing to do, I finally decided to run back home and get some of my eyes photographed in her house. I am so happy that I get it done. I haven't been able to do that for months! Now I got some new pictures! Hurrah! But when I think of it now, I should grab my yarns and needles instead, what was I thinking? Well... if today we have sunshine, even though in 30s I will let my kids to run in the yard, at least they got some exercise, they love to run around non-stop! lol I can't wait for spring to come!

You know how much I love eyes! When I see some big eyes, small eyes. beautiful eyes, ugly eyes, even horrible eyes, I will pay some attention and research them a bit!! Am I sick? I think not, at least I am not the only one! :P I found a store in Etsy who sells Bloodshot Eyeball Pattern!! Who have thought that you actually could find a pattern for that! It's creepy, but I like it! The horrible thing is you can even crochet the eye blood vessels to go with it! Now you can call it you are truly have "eye" on somebody! I came across this shop a few months ago! This shop's a little unusual because of the nature of this shop! How often will you think that "humm.. today I am going to adopt an alien!"? However, when I got a chance to look through the ALIENS inside this shop! Each of them looks so tamed and well behaved! These aliens are actually kind of cute and they are truly one-of-a-kind! ^^ They came with different sizes, colors, or should I say "different planets"! I made this scarf for my hubby's little cousin! He is a 7 years old RedSkins's fan! Before Christmas I asked him, what do you like for Christmas! He said " I wanted a scarf with burgundy and gold! I at once knew what he wanted. I have heard about burgundy and gold 1000 times since I married to this family! LOL Yes, my hubby is a RedSkins's fan too! Anyway, once I got the hint, I at once started at that night, fortunately a kid's scarf wouldn't take long to crochet, 4 hours later, wola! A burgundy and gold scarf is born! (silly me)

It is tough for me to make a plan! I want to do so many things, but I know I will not be able to do it all! Aren't we all like that? Making plans of many things and eventually nothing get done! haha! This year I am trying to be easy on myself! I want to get them done and look back 2009 in Dec. and feel good about it! Wow.. I am super easy or should I say lazy? Here we go! 1. Karma will let you go in a delete the people that are not following you so you can start to follow more people. 4.
